Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Attain Fitness USA! 
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receipt. 

Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• The equipment must be shipped back “freight prepaid” to our Cape Coral, Florida location. You are responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds do not include shipping & handling or restocking fee. Attain Fitness USA will charge a 20% restocking fee on any returns. 
• Returned items must be packaged properly and without any missing components or parts (unless this is the reason for the return). 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take longer than expected to process. This is not in the control of Attain Fitness USA. We process refunds as soon as the returned item is inspected and determined appropriate for a return. 
Please contact your bank or credit card company to ask if there is a return pending. If you have done this and still feel like your refund is late, please feel free to contact us. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or give us a call. 

Where To Ship Returns

To return your product, mail it to our Cape Coral, Florida location. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
