Warranty Details:

Attain Fitness guarantees this product to the original purchaser to be devoid of defects in workmanship and/or materials under regular usage or service. In the event that a component part is found to be defective, Attain Fitness will, at its discretion, repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe. 

Please note that this warranty does not cover costs associated with removal, transportation, or reinstallation. Additionally, this warranty will not be applicable if the defect resulted from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear of the purchased product.

All warranty claims necessitate the following information: 

Model number, Serial number, Date of installation, and any supporting evidence of the alleged defect. 

Our Light Commercial Warranty is relevant to facilities that do not charge monthly membership dues and where the equipment is used by no more than 50 people per day. 

Examples of Light Commercial facilities include hotels, apartment complexes, personal training studios, fire stations, police stations, etc., that meet the criteria stated above.

BODY/FRAME: 10 Years

STRUCTURAL MOVING PARTS: 5 Years

BEARINGS, BUSHINGS, PULLEYS: 3 Years

FINISH/PAINT, CABLES, UPHOLSTERY, AND ACCESSORIES: 1 Year – Valid for defects from the manufacturer only.

Our Residential Warranty pertains to equipment used in a home setting and where the equipment will be used by home occupants only.  

BODY/FRAME: Lifetime – warranty for the lifetime of the product and applicable to defects from the manufacturer only.

STRUCTURAL MOVING PARTS: 10 Years – Valid for defects from the manufacturer only.

FINISH/PAINT, CABLES, UPHOLSTERY, AND ACCESSORIES: 10 Years – Valid for defects from the manufacturer only.

Please consult the instructions page of your owner’s manual or confer with your fitness product dealer to ascertain if a product is intended for light commercial use or not. 

Using a non-commercial product in a commercial setting can result in serious injury or harm. 

Attain Fitness’ sole responsibility is to repair or replace the component within the aforementioned terms. 

Attain Fitness shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any incidental or consequential damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from any expressed or implied warranty or any other product failure.

Attain’s sole obligation under this warranty is restricted to either the repair or replacement of parts, subject to the additional terms below. 

This warranty does not assume or authorize any person to assume responsibilities other than those explicitly covered by this warranty.

Attain is not responsible for economic loss, profit loss, or special, indirect, or consequential damages.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser/user to whom it was delivered. 

Any such assignment or transfer will invalidate the warranties herein provided, except for the one (1) and five (5) year warranties described above. 

These warranties are all-encompassing and replace all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

No warranties extend beyond the description herein.

Attain Fitness will accept parts covered by this warranty with freight collect, provided that the shipment has received prior approval. 

Attain Fitness is not responsible for any other transportation costs but will ship repaired or replaced parts under these warranties freight collect.
